4. Fees & Charges

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.
